Situated on the first floor of a building with a lift, the apartment offers one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, whose single beds can be arranged as double beds upon request, providing flexible accommodation for different group configurations. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors or relaxing after a day spent exploring the city.

Air conditioning throughout the apartment ensures a comfortable stay during the warmer months.

Se decidi di cancellare la tua prenotazione le regole di rimborso sono le seguenti:
- rimborso del 100% se la cancellazione avviene 15 giorni prima dell'arrivo
- rimborso del 50% se la cancellazione avviene tra due settimane e una settimana prima dell'arrivo
- nessun rimborso se la cancellazione avviene entro una settimana dall'arrivo

We personally pick you up at your arrival point in Venice, while in other cities this first appointment takes place at the home address. A member of our team will accompany you to the apartment, show you around, and explain all its features.
Check-in time is from 3PM to 8PM.
