Situated on the first floor of a building with a lift, the apartment offers one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, whose single beds can be arranged as double beds upon request, providing flexible accommodation for different group configurations. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors or relaxing after a day spent exploring the city.
Air conditioning throughout the apartment ensures a comfortable stay during the warmer months.
The apartment is located in the centre of Venice Lido, just a short stroll from cafés, restaurants, shops and local services, while the beach is within easy walking distance. The Lido of Venice is a thin island that extends for about 12 km between the lagoon and the Adriatic Sea, bordered by the ports of San Nicolò and Malamocco. The opportunities offered by the Lido beach are varied, from the free beaches of San Nicolò and the Alberoni, characterized by the natural fauna habitat of the ancient sand dunes, to the rocks of the murazzi and the bathing establishments of the central part of the island, characterized by the typical huts, large cabins with veranda and awning added to the closed structure, which carry the characteristic colors of the establishment to which they belong. The center of the island is characterized by liberty style architecture, pleasant tree-lined avenues for walks to discover the island. In the main street, Santa Maria Elisabetta it is possible to find numerous shops, restaurants and shops and it is possible to rent bicycles with which to visit the island and make excursions to the discovery of the Malamocco vcina or the island of Pellestrina.

- Remboursement de 50% si l’annulation a lieu entre deux semaines et une semaine avant l’arrivée

We personally pick you up at your arrival point in Venice, while in other cities this first appointment takes place at the home address. A member of our team will accompany you to the apartment, show you around, and explain all its features.

Animaux domestiquesLes animaux ne sont pas admis dans les logements.
Ménage en début et fin de séjour.Nous nettoyons et préparons avec soin chaque logement avant l’arrivée et après le départ des clients. Si vous le désirez, vous pouvez demander un service de ménage et un changement des serviettes supplémentaire moyennant un supplément.
